Education
In 1997, Sally received her B.A. cum laude from Florida State University with a degree in History. She received her J.D. in 2001 from The University of Florida College of Law.
During law school, Sally was initiated as a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity International, she received high honors in corporations and honors in appellate advocacy and legal research and writing. She was a judicial intern with Judge Martha Ann Lott in the Eighth Judicial Circuit in Alachua County and had a judicial clerkship with the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County.

Mrs. Slaybaugh is a member of The American Bar Association and its Dispute Resolution and Litigation sections. She is also a member of The Florida Bar, including the Alternative Dispute Resolution, Trial Lawyers and Elder Law sections, The Pinellas County Bar Association, The Hillsborough County Bar Association, and The Florida Association of Women Lawyers, Hillsborough and Pinellas chapters.
Sally is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Florida, all courts within the State of Florida and the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings.
